I’m the one people call when they're tired of following the rules.I’ve cooked for the grieving, blessed the newborn, held the hands of the dying, and guided people through identity shifts, breakdowns, breakthroughs, and the kind of transformations that don’t come with a roadmap. I cuss. I pray. I burn herbs, illusions, and anything standing in the way of your truth.I’m not “just” a doula or a minister.
I’m a chef, a certified care practitioner, a womb worker, a rootworker, and a spiritual strategist who can hold both your humanity and your becoming, through a lens grounded in psychology, spirituality, somatics, human behavior, and neuro-transformational practices.My work comes from years of study, lived experience, blood memory, and fire-tested ceremony, backed by the inheritance of grandmothers who taught me how to tend the worlds both within and without.It’s equal parts sacred and practical, balm and confrontation, reflection and strategy, with an approach that honors the mind, the body, and the soul.I’m not here to sugarcoat your journey or perform inspiration.
